He is survived by: his brother Bill; his daughter Nancy Annette of Huntsville; his wife Claudette Surface of Cut; his children, William Ray Surface, Jr. (Danis) of Singleton, Morris Surface (Denise Ballard) of Bedias, Bonnie Waldrep (Raymond) of Comanche and Daniel Surface (Lynn) of Nacogdoches; and his brother Leroy Surface (Christine) of Porter. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as extended family members and friends.
