He is survived by: his wife Catherine Mary; his daughters, Tina (Jim Elder) and Elaina (Jim Huempfner); his grandchildren, Alex Elder, Andrew Elder, Tate Elder, Paxton Huempfner and Hudson Huempfner; and his brother James Wilton Marsalis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and extended family.
