He was predeceased by: his spouse Olive Stokes; his son Whitney T. Ferguson III; and his brothers, Alan Hearsey Ferguson and Charles Edward Ferguson. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Ferguson (Martha) of Millwood and Cynthia Ferguson of Spring. He is also survived by grandchildren, Andrew Call and his wife, Hadar, of Madison, James Call and his wife, Shannon, of Spring, Texas, Ian Ferguson and Tyler Ferguson, both of Millwood; great-grandchildren.
