He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Green and Edna Green (Essary); his wife Jan Green; his son Brian Green; his brother Jerry Green; his brother-in-law Delwyn Lemke; and his nephews, Johann Green and Del Lemke.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy; his son-in-law Mike McCullough; his grandchildren, Michelle and Scott McCullough; his siblings, Louise Lemke and Tommy; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Green, Anna Maria Green, Pat and Kenny Perkey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
