She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney Elmer and Katherine Peters Lawson; her significant other Louis Edward 'Lukie Gerhart; her husband Lukie; her daughter-in-law Judith White Gerhart; her great grandchild Jake Mark Liddle; and her siblings, Norman Lawson (Corine), Raymond Lawson (Mary) and Ruth Lawson Zey (Ray).
She is survived by: her children, Billy Lynn Gerhart of Charlotte, NC and Sue Gerhart Kikis (Tom) of Spring, TX; her grandchildren, Jay Alan Gerhart (DeDe) of Gastonia, NC, Katherine Kikis Liddle (Duke) and Karolyn Kikis Bloch (Steve); and her great grandchildren, Luke Anthony Liddle of Spring, TX., Katherine Elizabeth Liddle of Spring, TX., Lilly Claire Bloch of Spring, TX. and Dylan Louis Bloch of Spring, TX.. She is also survived by Aunt.
When the outbreak of Covid isolated so many people living alone, she moved in with Sue and her husband Tom where she was living at the time of her death.
