He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Janneke Higginbotham (Brian) and Jon Russell (Tammy); his grandchildren, Parker, Xander, Jake, Nicholas and Addison; his sister Tricia Vaught (Stan); and his brother-in-law Charles Irwin (Cynthia).
