He is survived by: his wife Joan Headley; his children, Johnny Headley (Donna), Michelle Gassiott (James), Jennifer Madewell (Carl) and Charles Boatman (Sarita); his grandchildren, Ciara Diaz, Shane Headley, Katee Anderson, Johnny Wadell, Kara Mishra, Tiffany Moore, Jaimie Reamer, Stephanie Kennedy, Amber Madewell, Lee Madewell, Bryan Madewell, Ashley Molamphy, Jimmy Meyers and Kevin Meyers; and his siblings, Newton Headley (Connie), Harvey Headley, Billy Headley (Julie), LaVada Headley and Jaquie Osborne. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
