He is survived by: his wife Delphia Howard; his children, Melissa Belcher and Michael Howard; his granddaughter Kendyl Belcher; his brothers, Frank Howard (Donna) of LaMarque and Dennis Padgett (Brenda) of Grandview; his siblings-in-law, Linda Looney, Patti Sanders (David), Rose Cantrell and Larry Choate (Karen); and his daughters, Lana Hosch and Laura Whittey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Tom was a big supporter of giving and charity, so the family asks that you donate to his favorite charities, Christ the Good Shepherd Capital Campaign, St Judes Children's Hospital, and the SPCA in lieu of flowers.
