He is survived by: his children, Charles Thomas Palmer (Ellen) and Beverly Nienhiser (John); his grandchildren, Joshua Palmer, Paul Nienhiser (Raegan Lynelle) and Sandra Palmer Titsworth (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Thomas Lane Titsworth (Cooper Hayes Titsworth), Hallie Ray Nienhiser and Harper Anne Nienhiser.
