He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tettleton and Francille Tettleton (Cruse); his stepfather Scott Whaley; and his daughter Tiffanie Tettleton. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Tettleton (Murphy); his brothers, Randy Tettleton and Mark Tettleton; and his daughter Sawyer Benningfield (Chase Benningfield). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.
