She was predeceased by: her parents, William David and Norma Alta Kline; her husband Forest; her son Mike; and her sister Bettie Redden.
She is survived by: her son Randy Cummings (Vicki) of Denton; her stepgrandchildren, Ryan Appleton (Stacey) of Denton, Ross Appleton (Heather) of Denton and Lindsay Cavanaugh (Tom) of Denton; her niece Marla Gladwin; and her nephews, Scott Redden and Mark Redden of Clearwater. She is also survived by wife and stay-at-home mother who raised two sons.
