It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Barton of Spring, Texas, born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on November 30, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Barton and Charlotte Barton (Dingley). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Barton (Thompson); his children, Drew S. Barton (Nicole) of New Jersey, Jaclyn L. Jones (Barton) of New York, Joshua J. Barton (Kerry) of Texas and Jennifer M. Barton (Cole) of Texas; and his brothers, Raymond Barton (Pamela) of New Jersey and John (Tracy) of New Jersey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, in-laws and dear friends.
"Mr. B" will be remembered for his many years as a volunteer soccer coach in Indian Mills, NJ and Averill Park, NY, his help with the Boy Scouts in NJ, and countless hours volunteering with Alzheimer residents in NY.
