He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Rosinski and David Welsh (Debbie); his siblings, Andrew Welsh and Brandi Montgomery (Patrick); his stepsiblings, Erika Johnson and Rich Pepe; his nephews, Cayson and Cole Montgomery; and his grandparents, Wayne, Barbara Huggins, Gerald and Vonnie Welsh. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
