With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Winship of Spring, Texas, born in Camden, Arkansas, who passed away on July 14, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orland Tarver and Ellen Rae Linebarier (Cook); her husband Robert "Bob" Newton Winship, III; and her brothers, Chet and Bob.

She is survived by: her children, Rob Winship (Debbie), Steve Winship (Yvette), Dan Winship (Rachel) and Ellen (Richard); and her siblings, O. T. Linebarier and Marilyn Muras.

“Loved her so much-we worked together in Aldine ISD , and she was one of the social directors of our group. Spent many afternoons with her @ her home in Spring. She was a beautiful and gracious host. I visited her twice @ her hill country retreat and retirement residence- just beautiful, and she was so happy there. Shirley will certainly be missed. RIP”
