He was predeceased by: his grandparents, JoAnn Despain, Tom (TJ) and Carolyn Bolan; and his mother-in-law Mary Anne Dierking. He is survived by: his wife Leah; his daughter Charlise De Spain; his father Roger De Spain; his stepmother Mary Kay De Spain; his mother Joy Caroselli (Bubba Munsch); his half-brothers, John, James De Spain, Tyler and Kyle Kunz; and his pets, Leroy, Lucy and TomTom. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, extended family, and long-time friends.
