He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Renwick Amos; his wife Ella Houston; his children, Rufus Houston, Jr. and Rhonda Houston-Belton; and his grandchildren, Justin Houston, Jonathan Houston, Catherine Wright (Khary), Tyler Belton and Robyn Belton. He was also cherished by his great grand-children, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
