He is survived by: his wife Kathy McClelland of Spring; his children, David (Leesa McClelland) of Spring, Larry McClelland of Houston, Phil (Kristen) of Austin, Daniel (Jennifer McClelland) of Pearland and Grace McClelland of Spring; his brother Edwin (Barbara McClelland) of California; and his grandchildren, Stephen McClelland, Annaliese McClelland, Caleb McClelland, Josie McClelland and Graham McClelland.
