He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Kelli Middlebrooks; his daughters, Mindy Watts Kline, Jamie Watts and Shelby Watts; his mother Margaret Killian; his siblings, Kathy DeWitt, Linda Bell, Amy Jennings and Scott Killian; his father Fred Watts; and his son Michael Watts. He was also cherished by many grandparents, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
