She was predeceased by: her mother Faye Myrtle Phillips (Ross) of Odessa; her husband Jim McWilliams (Jim) of Odessa; her grandson James "Jay" Edward Chaney III of Midland, Texas; her father Roy Phillips of Greenville; and her brother Roy Doyce Phillips of Denver, Colorado..

She is survived by: her children, Ronnie McWilliams (Faye) of Amarillo and Vickie Shenk (Steve) of The Woodlands; and her grandchildren, Bryan McWilliams (Melissa) of Amarillo, Kevin McWilliams (Stacey) of Fort Worth, Kimberley Bollinger (Scott) of Plano, Texas and Sarah Langenstein (Sven) of Farmington, Michigan. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
