Kletzly (Susan); her siblings, Patricia A. Sparks and David C. Sparks (Freda); her grandchildren, Max and Hannah; her caregiver Maria Munoz; and her daughters, Alisa and Azucena. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
