He was predeceased by: his brother Thomas Gabrielse; and his parents, Richard Gabrielse and Idelle Gabrielse (Ruiter). He is survived by: his wife Jane Gabrielse; his children, Michael (Chic Gabrielse), Megan (Daniel Oliphant), Marci (Gavin Eilers) and Maria Gabrielse; his sisters, Linda Gabrielse and Laurel; his brother-in-law Bruce Edwards; his nephew Seth; his niece Emilie; his sister-in-law Jodi; and his nieces and nephews, Tate, Kyla and Marielle.
