He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael P. and Marion (Walsh). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis L. Carr; his children, Michael (Connie), Shannon Eschenbach (Marc) and Brian; his grandchildren, Meaghan, Matthew, Melanie, Mitchell, Peter, Abby, Paige, William, Brooke and Michael; and his sister Marilyn Williams. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
