He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Muños and Sesaria Muños (Juares); and his spouse Victoriana Muños (Guerrero). He is survived by: his children, Felipe Muños, Pedro Muños, Domingo Muños, Paul Muños, Feliciano Muños, Florentina Muños, Betty Muños Robledo, Juanita Muños and Juan Manuel Muños; and his grandchildren, Joseph Hill, Jesse Robledo, Paul Robledo Jr., Melissa Sue Amaya, Cindy Irs Contreras, Veronica Muños, Catrina Robledo, Christopher Lee Muños, Selena Marie Muños and Felipe Muños Jr.. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
