It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen McLaughlin of Spring, Texas, born in Ellisville, Mississippi, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, R. B. Welch and Ethel Welch; her husband Jimmy McLaughin; and her siblings, Faynell Welch, Delores Bradley and Carroll Welch.
She is survived by: her children, John Micheal of Spring, TX, Robert Mitchell Ziegler of Spring, TX and Constance "Connie" Scheffler of Ocean Springs, MS; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Michelle Sutherlin (Shelli) of Mobile, AL, Amy Renee Tapper (Aaron) of Ocean Springs, MS, Brandi Marie Billot (Chris), Steven Street of Coldsprings, TX and Brian Mitchell Ziegler of Spring, TX; and her sister Dorothy Garrett. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
