She is survived by: her husband Bobby Lackey; her children, John (Melissa Lackey), Lissa Hartley and Mindy Kaase; her grandchildren, Corey (Allison Hartley), Krissa (Robb Maddox), Kyle (Monica Kaase), Bryan (Skye-Lynn Kaase), Kevin (Hanna Hartley), Rachel Lackey, Michelle (Alex Cosart), Calvin (Jody Lackey) and Austin Lackey; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Lackey, Hayes Kaase, Ashtyn Lackey, Emmett Kaase, Hartley Maddox and Ellie Hartley. She is also survived by many friends and other family members.
