He is survived by: his children, Lynn Neeley-Rufo of Naperville, IL, Michael Robert Neeley (Pamela) of Spring, TX and Diane Neeley-Duncan (Mark) of Brighton, MI.; his grandchildren, Daniel Rufo, Jason Rufo (Lauren), Adrienne Rufo (Brad Rathe), Michael Duncan, Matthew Duncan and Kyle Duncan; his sister-in-law Norma Mills; his cousins, Emily Sue Brookover-Spraetz, Timothy Brookover and John Rice; his nieces, Kathleen Mills-Ayers (Michael) and Kimberly Mills-McWilliams (Tom); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Emily Rowe, Anna Bradley and Cameron Cantrell.

In Lieu of flowers, Bob and the family have requested for memorial donations be made to the following nonprofit organizations: ● Shriners Children's Hospital,● Tunnels to Towers Foundation.

“My name is Trish and my husband is Jesse. My hubby was here for work for about 4 days from San Antonio. We met Mr Neely in Jan 2023 at Elm & Magnolia in Old Spring, TX. He had given food recommendations. We ended up sitting next to Bob until closing. Bob was gentle in his demeanor, kind and personable. We exchanged stories and enjoyed an evening of good food with our newly founded friend. We had planned to meet up again here in Spring. Thank you for a wonderful evening- u r missed”
