He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Josephine (Brunowskis) and Thomas Jacobs; his siblings, Julie Wolfe and Fred; his grandson Stephen Tankersley; and his great grandchild Paisley Grace Tankersley.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Marie Jacobs (Coscia); his children, Wendy Bain (Mike), Tom Jacobs (Kathi), Linda Duecker and Jake Jacobs (Jeanne); and his grandchildren, Erica Fosdick (Trey), Natalie Blakely (CJ), Heather Holmes (Greg), Mat Tankersley (Lacey), Maggie Bain, Jessica Cummings (Kyle), Ashley Jacobs, Ricky Jacobs, Candace Mastrobattisto (Damon), Josh Horner (Christine), Dee Dee Villarreal (Orlando), Natalie Duecker, John G Jacobs II and Alexis Jacobs. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives.
