He was predeceased by: his parents, John Janak and Mary Janak. He is survived by: his wife Ann Mary Janak; his daughters, Ashley Stack (Jeremy), Kathryn Hanson (Joshua) and Marissa Shanley (Jake); his grandchildren, Austin Stack, Braeden Stack, Joshua Hanson, Jr., Addison Hanson, Aria Hanson and Kassidy Hanson; his sister Mary Ann Cauthern; his brother-in-law Rusty Cauthern; his nephew Blake Hoelscher; his great-nephew Ramsey Hoelscher; his great-niece Kennedy Hoelscher; his pet Hunter; and his niece Candace. He is also survived by his niece and her family or his daughters.
