He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Jo and John Elvis Lievsay, Sr.; and his brother Bradley Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Jeannine (Hard); his daughter Nicole; his siblings, Larry, Jan Cobb and Kelly Jo Franke; and his nieces and nephews, Bree, Dana, Patrick, Mary, Jenny, Andrew and Jake.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the April Sound Church (67-1/2 April Wind Dr S, Montgomery, TX 77356).
