He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Joe Marsh, Jr. and Marcia Lee Sherman Marsh; his brother Sherman Marsh; his nephew Timothy Marsh; and his sister-in-law McGehee Marsh.
He is survived by: his wife Carla Catherine Andre; his daughters, Andie Wolfer (Eric) and Leslie Norton (Chris); his grandchildren, Alexandra Weust (Justin), Cole Wolfer, Cassidy Wolfer and Hank Tienken; his great grandchild Harlan Weust; his brothers, David Marsh and Lee Marsh (Nancy); his nephew Andrew Marsh; and his brother-in-law Charles Andre.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Joe's name.
