He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Pawlak and Theodore Pawlak; his siblings, Alfred Pawlak and Irene Watts; his brothers-in-law, Gene Wilson and Richard Kominczak; his nieces, Monica Kominczak and Michelle Hall; his great-niece Brittney Hall; his niece-in-law Kathleen Kominczak; his great-nephews, Graham Lange and Justin Cheatham; his former wife Cindy Baker; and his close friend Jerome Walkoviak.
He is survived by: his sisters, Paulette Kominczak and Esther Wilson; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth Kominczak, Lance Wilson, Stephen Watts, Brian Wilson, Lynette Lange, Melissa Wearden, Gina Cheatham and Denise Watts; his brother Thomas Watts; and his sister-in-law Mary Pawlak. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
