She was predeceased by: her parents, James Peter Fontaine and Helen Ora Fontaine (Russell); her husband Elmer Ray Mullinax; her siblings, Doris Fontaine Christopher and Graham Fontaine; and her granddaughter Gabriella Mullinax.
She is survived by: her children, David Ray Mullinax (Lis) of The Woodlands, Cathy Mullinax Rohde (Bernard) of Conroe and Judy Mullinax Moretti (George) of The Woodlands; her sister Alice Fontaine Krupa; and her grandchildren, Tyler Rohde (Lacy), Erica Rohde, Jared Mears, Michael Mears (Xochitl), Nadia Mullinax and Sophia Mullinax. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
