He is survived by: his children, Michelle, Lance (Kim) and Mark; his sister Alma; his nephew Carl; his brother David (Ellen); his nephew Tim; his great-niece Amy; his grandchildren, Madison, Carson, Austin and Tess; and also, Barbara, Allan, Eric, Russell and Victoria.
