He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Ullmann; and his stepfather Tom Murray. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Ballesteros; his son-in-law Adam Ballesteros; his granddaughter Scarlett Ballesteros; his sister Dolly Crockett; his brother-in-law Robert Crockett; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ginger Westra, Janeè, Erica Wyatt, Ashton, Jewels Westra, Lily, Kinslee Mullen, Jace, Kason Dugger and Elli Jane Holt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
