With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gottfried Joseph Balfantz Jr. of Spring, Texas, born in Maurepas, Louisiana, who passed away on August 25, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottfried J. Balfantz, Sr. of Maurepas Louisiana and Pauline Balfantz Johnson of Head; and his sister Laura Brenn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Balfantz; his children, Gottfried Balfantz, III (Christine), Richard Balfantz (Teresa), Pamela Albert and Lori Keyser (Ron); his stepson Randall Garland; and his sister Caroline Bartolotta. He is also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 26 Great-Grandchildren.
