J.) and Carolyn Watkins; his siblings-in-law, Javier Mosqueda (Teresa), Frank Cervantes (Kristi), Barbara Martinez (Henry) and Theresa Cervantes; his mother-in-law Josephine Cervantes; his son Javier Mosqueda; and his brothers-in-law, Henry Martinez, Francisco Cervantes, Chris Jerick (Harris County Deputy), Rick Davis (Harris County Sergeant) and Honorary Pallbearers. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, friends.
