He was predeceased by: his parents, Victoria Yorek and William Marion Yorek. He is survived by: his wife Frances Yorek of Houston; his siblings, Daryl Yorek, Patrick Yorek, Kenneth Yorek, Glenn Yorek, Cindy Robertson (Robert) and Nancy Bohack (Jerrel); and his siblings-in-law, Deanna Slater, Vikki, Tom Johnson, Lisa and Tommy Carlson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
