Francis Arthur Feltman Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2023, at the age of 85, Francis Arthur Feltman (Spring, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Feltman and Arthur Feltman; and his brothers, Robert and Anthony Feltman. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn "Mell" Feltman (Mell); his children, Michele Savoy (Glenn), Christopher Feltman (David), Robert Feltman (Tatia), Samantha Nichols (Paul) and Gigi Prior (Rob); and his sisters, Carole Toscano and Sandie Koehl. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
