She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Perusic Jr.; and her parents, Joseph Budenbender and Emma Budenbender. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Perusic III, Vincent Perusic (Sandra), Amy Trapolino (Glenna Chance) and Catherine Musgrove (James Jr.). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren, with many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in honor of Eunice Perusic to the Catholic Daughters of the Americas Texas State Court, located at 3221 Pecha Lane, Rosenberg Texas 77471, or the Fisher Center for Alzheimer research foundation, ALZINFO.org.
