He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Louis Bach; and his former wife Cheryl Sue Bach (Ritter). He is survived by: his friend Daniel "Dan" Lee Bach; his mother Patricia June Bach (Hogle) of Toledo Ohio; his friend Connie Spevak; his wife Connie Spevak; his children, Jennifer Leah Bach, Courtney Ann Bach and Daniel Lee Bach Jr. (Melissa); his granddaughter Everly Sue Bach; and his siblings, Sandra Slater, Gerald (Lauri), Pamela Schlesinger (John), James (Sue) and David (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
