He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ray Bennefield and Lucy Jo Bennefield; his sister Allison Carlson; his grandmother Willie Mae Bennefield; and his niece Ashley Bennefield.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bennefield; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Julie Bennefield; his nephew Stephen Bennefield; his niece Whitney Bennefield; his mother-in-law Bertha Quinones; and his sisters-in-law, Eva Cerda, Bertha Gonzalez, Carmen Pastrano, Rosalie Flores and Irene DeLeon.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Brookside Funeral Home (13747 Eastex Fwy, Houston, TX 77039). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
