He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan Meadors Helton; his children, Hannah Helton Babitt (Scott, Charles Tod), Stephanie and David Alexander Helton (Stacie); his grandchildren, Fletcher R. Babitt, Dixie A. Babitt, Charles Joshua Helton, Alexander T. Helton, Sadie Leigh Helton and Elleigh Faye Helton; and his brother Zacchaeus Thearon Helton (Cindy Many). He was also cherished by Many other relatives and special friends.

Preceded in death by: Parents - Charles Thearon Helton and Lois Beaty Helton Siblings - Amelia Helton Barclay and Winston Wagnon Helton The family has requested that rather than flowers, donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
