She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel Mulcahy; her son Danny; her parents, Florian Grajek and Helen Grajek; and her siblings, John Grajek and Barbara Schafranek.

She is survived by: her daughter Lynn; her granddaughter Abbey; and her son-in-law John Harden. She is also survived by relatives and good friends.
