He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lori Heron Snyder and Art Collins. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Collins and Lisa McKinzie; his stepfather Jeff Conklin; his sisters, April Collins and McKinzie Collins; his grandparents, Betty Collins, Orville, Charmaine McKinzie, Tom and Kathie Conklin; his aunts and uncles, Jeannie (Jess Merten), Aaron (Nanette Collins), Beckie (Roger Yarbrough), Michael Rodgers, Kellie Conklin, Hunter Huckins, Justin Cowley, Kayla Cowley, Carrie (Tom Barron) and Jerry (Erin Rogers); and his siblings, Louis Krahl, Ashton Collins and Kayleigh Schwarze. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Austin wished that any memorial tributes be made in the form of a charitable donation, preferably to MD Anderson.
