He is survived by: his brother Jim; his daughters, Debra Brownfield (Vernon) of Hershey Nebraska, Sharon Ballard (Henry) of Spring Texas, Sandy Costa (Melvin) of Marysville Washington, Laura Nemec (Terry) and Barbara Blake (Frank) of Englewood Florida; his grandchildren, Lindsay Brownfield, Melissa Radke (Scott), Crystal Polly (Ryan), Cody Ballard (Jessica), Tonia Kapayou Soren, Melvin Costa (Brooke), Jennifer Nemec, Jackie Kuehl (Phillip) and Shawn Blake (Sarah); his wife Verna; and his grandson Marques Kapayou. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson; 1 brother in law and numerous nieces and nephews.
