He was predeceased by : his father John Leigh Clark III. He is survived by : his mother Muriel Stackhouse Clark; and his sisters, Muriel "ReeRee" Clark Friedman (Jay), Laura Clark Weiss (Fritz) and Amy Clark Tomkins (Jeff). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
