She was predeceased by : her parents, Dory Booher and Mattie Booher; and her husband Ernest Kormendy. She is survived by : her children, Tracy Kormendy of Spring Branch, Gay-Dawn Henry (Brian) of Hobbs, Jeffery Kormendy (Brandie) of Roswell, Dana Chapler (Roy) of Carlsbad and Rhonda Kormendy of Carlsbad. She is also survived by one sister, and several nieces, nephews, a handful of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers or potted plants contributions can be made to St. Jude Hospital.
