She was predeceased by: her husband Billy J. Bates. She is survived by: her children, Brent Bates and Brenda King (Wayne); her granddaughters, Kristen Gutierrez (Greg) and Stephanie Funkhouser Lauren King (Spencer); and her great grandchildren, Jay Gutierrez, Andrew Gutierrez and Ethan Funkhouser.
