He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Burgess, Sr. and Florence Nelson Burgess; his wife Heidi Hoffman Burgess of Spring Branch, Texas; his children, Lance Gordon Burgess (Tammy) of Farmers Branch, TX and Heather Lark Perry (Chris) of Plano, TX; and his grandchildren, Kendall Burgess, Brooks Burgess, Payton Perry and Jackson Perry. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and also many friends.
