He is survived by : his wife Blanca Alicia Athanatos; his children, Eleni Athanatos (Tom), Stavroula Athanatos (Aries), Georgios Athanatos (Yvonne), Rocio Gonzales and Conception Duran; and his grandchildren, Qais, Sami, Adam, Tommy, Dafni, Cleo, Victor, Ximena, Nefely, Chirstopher, Andrew and Joshua.
